- Photo/Video Consent: Your explicit consent choices regarding the use of your image or likeness during your training at the gym in our promotional materials.
- Information from Minors: For members under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide all required information and consent on their behalf.
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
- Performance Data: We track performance metrics such as punches thrown, speed, and hits, particularly for our technology-enhanced packages. This data is collected via our proprietary and various third-party performance-tracking systems.
- Device and Usage Data: When you use our App, we automatically collect technical data through Firebase services (e.g., Google Analytics, Performance Monitoring). This may include device identifiers (e.g., installation IDs), IP address, device type, operating system, and App usage patterns. This data is used to measure performance, improve reliability, and provide core functionality.
1.3. Information from Third Parties
- Payment Information: We use a third-party payment processor, currently Stripe, to handle payments for our services. We may change our payment processor in the future. We do not store or retain your credit card information. Your payment data is handled directly by the processor under its respective privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Manage Services: To set up and manage your membership, track your training progress, and provide access to our facilities and the App.
- To Communicate with You: To send you important information about your membership, updates to our services, and promotional offers if you have opted in to receive them.
- For Health and Safety: To be aware of any health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in our activities.
- To Generate Performance Reports: To create and share monthly progress reports for members on specific technology-enhanced packages, which may be generated using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- For Research and Development: To analyze usage data and feedback to improve our App, services, and customer experience.
- For Internal Operations: Upon registration, our internal team receives a notification for administrative and enrollment purposes.

- Payment Processor: Currently Stripe, for processing payments.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Such as Microsoft Power BI for internal analysis and report generation.

6. Children’s Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We offer services to children aged 7 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians are required to provide all enrollment details at the gym and agree to our data practices on behalf of their child.
